leaf 013 [video; the cake is not a lie]

[Clover is in the kitchen of their house, bringing out a tray of freshly baked chocolate cupcakes from the oven. On the counter, a Togepi is...well, doing his best to mix a bowl of pink frosting with a wooden spoon and he's tittering happily while he's at it. She peers at her cupcakes and then places them next to the bowl.
Then she smiles, and sighs contentedly; well, her creations were a lovely, steamy brown. They were a success, and all that was left was to decorate them.]
All right, Lucky, you can stop stirring. [She faces her 'gear which is perched somewhere close - and yet it has miraculously stayed clean. Like the kitchen, which only had a few stains and patches of flour that could easily be cleaned up later. And yes, Lucky the Togepi finally stops stirring.]
My birthday's next week. February 2, to be exact. [There's a faraway look in her eyes, and her smile fades into a more wistful expression. The Togepi waddles over to her, gripping her arm.] I can't believe I'm actually gonna be celebrating my birthday really far from home... [Without her friends back in her world, without her family, without her brother...]
[She idly pats the Togepi.] Well, at least I still have people to celebrate it with. [And when Clover glances down, she will see a Vaporeon and an Eevee at her feet, looking expectantly up at her.]
And Pokémon.

[What is filtering to the shotas, THEY KNOW THIS ALREADY.]
I'm inviting you guys to our house for my birthday - I mean, if you're around Goldenrod. We'll have lunch, play games and stuff. [Insert directions to the House of Shota-Loli-Shota Sandwich.]
But yeah, I bet some of you are traveling, which is okay. I mean, there's not much to do 'round here sometimes. [Clover sort of wishes she could do the same and continue grabbing some badges, but she doesn't want to leave Ken and Miles. She'll only go if they go with her.]
